Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement
cold meatuncooked omelet
The food service disappointed me. dishes were not properly heated. Meats sat in bowls and became cold, it affected the taste and experience. i experienced some stomach issues possibly related to this, though alcohol could have contributed. i also found the omelet station uncooked the middle of the omelet. It did not meet my expectations.

I was disappointed with the food selection. it seemed repetitive! and not very inspired. the desserts were especially disappointing. I expected better baklava.

I found the grounds impeccably maintained! Gardeners worked diligently ensuring the area was beautiful. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day with fresh towels. The food was excellent! I especially enjoyed meals at the Turkish restaurant. Theme nights added extra fun to the evenings.

The hotel offers beachfront access! This made it very convenient to transition between the pool and the sea. A taxi ride to the nearby attractions was short, about ten minutes, made the area easily accessible.

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout the entire stay. The team organized fun activities, including pool games and darts. The water sports team provided nice banana boat and catamaran rides. The food and beverage team offered tasty food plus friendly service.

The hotel featured well-kept facilities! This included water parks, pools, and sports amenities. Entertainment was fantastic, it. Lifeguards did a great job, always making sure kids were safe and sound.
